Please let me introduce myself, I am Neil Smith a full time Realtor with Howard Hanna in the Uniontown/Green Office.  As a Realtor specializing in residential properties, I bring great energy, dedication and personal knowledge to my work!  The greatest thrill in life for me is to see people light up when they walk into the home that they love.

It has happened to me and I will make it happen for you, it is a wonderful feeling!

 Born and raised in Green Ohio I have kept my eye on this market for many years. I Graduated from Green High School in 2001 and received my college education from Kent State University before leaving for the Sunshine State.  I transplanted to beautiful Clearwater, Florida in 2008 which is considered 2^nd Ohio.  My wife and I got into the real estate field in 2011 purchasing our 1^st investment property near Clearwater Beach.

My wife and I spent a lot of time and most of our paychecks on a total renovation of our Florida house; this has paid off in dividends not only by the equity of our home but also knowing what I am looking at inside your home!This knowledge has helped buyers and sellers see things that otherwise they might have overlooked.

Even while in Florida a lot of my heart was always back home in Green, Ohio so even while studying the markets of Tampa, St. Petersburg and Clearwater Florida I always kept a sharp eye on what was going on in Green, Jackson, Coventry…. The whole Akron/Canton area in general!
